Hot Club Trio Founded in Birmingham in 2000 this award winning jazz trio draw inspiration from the small string bands of the 30's and 40's, and particularly from the most famous of all: the Quintette du Hot Club de France featuring Stephane Grappelli and Django Reinhardt. Their repertoire consists of songs that Grappelli played during his 75-year career - from Gypsy Jazz to the top hits of Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart, George Gershwin and Hoagy Carmichael and Grappelli's own songs.
